You can then check the calendar for conflicts and approve or deny the request . The system notifies the individual employee and updates their balance automatically.
BambooHR also comes with a time-off calculator so that employees can check their holiday balance and upcoming time off they've scheduled. Illness, unpaid leave, bereavement leave and other leave can also be recorded and tracked.
Recruitment - Applicant Tracking
