Cambridge Networks since 2016.
At Cambridge Networks, we care for the core IT infrastructure, including on-premise, cloud, network and user devices, providing the foundation of successful modern workplaces of SMEs in Cambridgeshire.
Dave joined as Chairman in 2016, became Managing Director in 2021. He has led the self-implementation of EOS as the Integrator since 2023, moving to a part-time, fractional Integrator role since April 2025. Dave is the Integrator, running weekly management meetings, quarterly and annual meetings, integrating Greg as Founder and Sales & Marketing Director, Steve as Visionary and Operations Director, and Sandra in the finance seat.
Jen Miles provides Operations Integrator services to help Steve run the Operations and NMC team, and to scribe the weekly management meeting.

Hand Crafted Cupcakes
Hand Crafted Cupcakes, based in Ely, create amazing bespoke cakes to "Create edible memories".
Enabling this business is my passion - it is run by my visionary wife and step-son Ben. They are amazing creative people, designing and baking delicious cakes for customers, specially designed for various special occasions. I help them with the technology to automate the marketing, sales and management of the business, to help enable them to succeed.
Until 2025, Hand Crafted Cupcakes had been a partnership purely between Laura and Ben. Running a cake decorating business is tough. To help them grow to the next level and contribute Dave's management experience we decided to formalise a structure. IS Online acquired all the assets of the partnership, and set about building the accountabilities and technology, with Laura as Visionary, Dave as Integrator, and Ben as cake designer and decorator, with the goal of building technology to help the business to scale, and develop Ben's skills to be a future business leader. In the process, we aim to build technology that will enable other cake decorating businesses, such as Hand Crafted Cupcakes, to scale, allowing their owners who are like Laura and Ben to live their best lives and built thriving cake businesses that they love to run.
Chair of the Cambridge EOS Usergroup - SOLVE
I have been attending the quarterly Cambridge EOS group run by Stryde since the first one in 2025. From Q4 2026, Dave has been appointed the Chair of this usergroup, working alongside the local EOS Implementer, and coordinating the group with Implementer, Stryde, and local companies that run on EOS.
Scudamore's Punting in Cambridge
Scudamore's Punting aims "to create timeless Cambridge memories". They are the largest punting company in Cambridge, and their vision is "to act as ambassadors for Cambridge by providing the best possible experience of boating on the river, whether for recreation, learning or work. To make the pleasure of being on the water accessible to everybody, regardless of age, ability or experience. To be the place where Cambridge comes to enjoy the river."
Dashboard Dave currently provides specialist dashboard and reporting expertise on selected projects to help the business become a data democracy.
